Kerala is a photographer's paradise. From the backwaters of Alleppey to the tea plantations of Munnar, every corner of my state tells a story—and I'm here to capture it.
Why Photography?
I picked up photography because I wanted to preserve moments. A photograph can freeze time, capture emotion, and tell stories without words. It's a universal language that everyone understands.
My Equipment
I started with my smartphone camera and gradually upgraded to a basic DSLR. I've learned that great photography isn't about expensive equipment—it's about vision, composition, and understanding light.
Favorite Subjects
- Nature: Kerala's natural beauty is unmatched. Sunrise over the backwaters, monsoon rains, lush greenery—every season offers something new.
- Street Photography: Capturing everyday life, local markets, and festivals gives me insight into our rich culture.
- Events: Weddings, sports days, and celebrations are perfect opportunities to capture candid emotions.
Technical Skills
I'm constantly learning about composition, lighting, post-processing, and storytelling through images. Every photo is a chance to improve and see the world differently.
Future Plans
I want to create a photo documentary series showcasing Kerala's hidden gems—the places tourists don't usually see. There's so much beauty in the ordinary, and I want to share it with the world.
