People often ask me how I balance my love for web design with my dream of becoming a chef. The truth? They're not as different as you might think.

The Art of Creation

Whether I'm coding a website or preparing a dish, I'm creating something from scratch. Both require creativity, precision, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment. When a design doesn't work, I iterate. When a recipe fails, I adjust and try again.

My Culinary Journey

I started cooking out of curiosity. Watching cooking shows and seeing chefs transform simple ingredients into extraordinary dishes fascinated me. My first attempt at making biriyani was a disasterβ€”too much salt, undercooked rice, and burnt onions. But I didn't give up.

What Cooking Teaches Me

Cooking has taught me patience, timing, and the importance of process. You can't rush a good curry, just like you can't rush good code. Both require time, care, and understanding.

The Plan

My goal is to become a professional chef while maintaining my tech skills. Technology is everywhere, even in kitchens. From recipe apps to smart kitchen equipment, there's a beautiful intersection between food and technology that I want to explore.

I'm documenting my cooking experiments, learning new techniques, and someday, I hope to run my own restaurant where technology meets traditional Kerala cuisine.
